Advertising blocks email access.

When I access my emails, advertising on the right side of the screen pops up and certain ads cannot be deleted which doesn't allow me to delete or conduct other featues in reference to my emails because the screen is minimized and those functions are not accessible/available.  Certain ads I can delete but certain ads not and making it difficult to navigate my emails.

Which browser are you using?  You can download and install Ad Blocker Plus which will delete all ads.  You can also click on Ad Info which opens a window where you can opt out of some ads.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
