Address Book

I have a duplicate entry in the address book but it doesn't show in the edit.

How do I get rid of it?

 

Also I have an entry that doesn't show in the edit, but shows when I select an address for Email.

How do I get rid of that one also.?

Exactly what do you mean by "the edit"?  Just what are you looking at?

I have the same problem. Whenever I enter a new address into the “compose a new email message” or “New” email, it also enters it into the dropdown window that appears when I click “To”. It does not appear in the address book so I can’t remove it by deleting it. These are the address that I only sent one email to and I don’t want to keep them. When I move the cursor over the address in the dropdown window, it will not give me the option to delete it. This dropdown window contains all the addresses in my address book along with all the ones that I want to delete……How do I delete the unwanted ones from this dropdown window list?
