Adding permanent quote to my email

I want to add a quote to my email so that it appears on everything I send without adding it every time.  How do I do that?

If you are still on the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>Signature.  Follow the prompts.  If you are on the new format, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page, then on Settings.  Under Mail you will see Signatures.
