I have followed your directions, but have been unable to add another secondary user to my email.

What happens when you try to set up the account?  How far into the process are you getting?

Sign in with your PRIMARY USERNAME AND PASSWORD

CLICK ON MY ACCOUNT

Click on thevUses andvSettings tab

A new window opens shoiwing you Primary and other Secondary usernames alreadyvcr acted.

At the end of the row, you will see ADD A USER.

Click there.  A new window opens where you type in all information for the new user.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
