Account name is under

I've gone to the office and had my mothers name removed from the account and my name put on. Yet my mothers name still is being used on xfinity home page. How do I get this changed?

Navigate to the homepage, and then click on her name in the upper right corner.  It will ask you to sign in again.  On the landing page click on "Users" at the top.  Then look down to "Username", and to the right click on Edit.  Follow the prompts.

Hi RandyMan2, the information that (Latoque) shared is correct. Going into the Comcast service center will remove your mother’s name from the account (bill) but it will not remove her name as a user online. Please follow the steps provided or if you need further assistance I can help you here.
