Accessing videos

Accessing videos

When I open up the Comcast page, I click on one of the "Today in Video" or "Latest New Videos" which show the current events of the day and nothing happens.  I used to be able to watch them but now I can't.  This is on a laptop and we have a second laptop in the same room with the same hookup and that works just fine.

 

I miss watching those videos and, while I think I am missing a program, I don't know which one and how to correct this?

 

Any help will be very appreciated.

It's either a codec problem or an Adobe flash problem. When you try to play the video, look to see if there is a line displayed that indicated that you need to install Flash. If it does, do so.
