Accessing my Account Statement

Accessing my Account Statement

I simply want to see my account activity for the year.  And I am not able to.  Message tells me I am a secondary user.

I am the primary user.

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and explain that your account has you as the secondary user but in actuality, you are the primary user.
