I made an automatic payment on 9/24/2015,  I even sent proof of it, in one of the reminders to show you.  Then was looking at my email from XXXXXXXXX@XXXXXXXXX, and it looks like you helped yourself to my account again.  I am very disgusted.  The bill never seems to go down, and when I do call you, NO ONE wants to hear my plight.  I am being a good customer, and not getting customer good results.  Please send back the second withdrawal back to me, or I will take this situation to higher grounds.
