Do I really have hundreds of emails?

My emails are forwarded thru comcast to aol. When I sign into Xfinity it shows (656) New Emails (I think). When I go to my inbox it shows 1 (which is correct because should be forwarded). I attached a screen shot from my Xfinity email preferences. I believe my aol should be the primary address, however it shows comcast, and I don't know why it shows "aim". Could something be hung up?

Meanwhile, aol has deleted all of my saved folders (past year) because they say I haven't used their account... untrue! Could these issues be connected? Do I have 656 emails somewhere? In Email forwarding (under email preferences) it says 656 messages!

I originally had a problem with my emails being forwarded to aol, but called (someone Xfinity) and he found out that aol wasn't listed as my primary and he corrected the problem. Not sure which screen.

I needed to show my screen shot, but don't know if I shouldn't give "that" information. No other way to explain.
