ABUSE tag

i need comcast to remove the flag on my account that just says ABUSE. No abuse was ever done. by me or anyone else.

Call Comcast security and ask them to look at the account-----------------

Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week)

Comcast agents were claiming they were seeing this as a tag when THEY accessed my account.
