A specific email address is incorrectly being marked as spam

Important emails from one address are being marked as spam, and thus not appearing in my inbox, but rather the spam folder,

 

I receive other emails without problem.

 

Is there a way to specify that address in question is not spam?

Whenever it gets to the Spam folder, just keep marking it as not Spam.  This will help to "train" the filters.  False positives are fairly common in most email systems.  In time it will stop sending them to spam.  But if it persists, you could call Comcast security and ask them to look at it-----------------
