That error usually indicates that you are using the wrong email address to send the email out.  RE-check the email address carefully for any typo.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
