Re: one click fix

Are you aware that Outlook Express is no longer supported by Microsoft?  This means no security Updates, etc. at all.

If you want to use an email client, I would suggest installed their new one, Windows Live Mail instead.

Hello,

Do you know that outlook express is so old and not supported any more. Why don't you get rid of it and use another email client.

Re: one click fix

Here is the link to download and install Windows Live mail

http://www.filehippo.com/download_windows_live_mail/

I can't see any reason why a company would not allow a reply sent through Windows Live Mail.

It's not that the web site requires it, it's that your computer is set up to use it when you click on a Mailto link on a web site. You need to configure OE following the directions found here.

I'm not sure what the "one click fix" is, but I doubt it's relevant here.
