Did you click in Outlook on File/Export?  What do you see there?  You should see comma seprated value (CSV)/text file)

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Have you been migrated to the new SmartZone yet?    I know that with the Plaxo Universal Address Book that you can tell it import your contacts from Outlook.      I didn't do that because while I have Outlook on my laptop, it's my work laptop and I didn't want those contacts in my personal e-mail's address book.

You can also export your contacts from Outlook into a CSV file and import them into SmartZone (or Webmail for that matter).

Re: importing contacts from outlook

File...Import and Export...   to activate the Outlook Import/Export Wizard (at least that is how it's done in Outlook 2003).

I just checked Outlook 2007- Here ya go:

Open Outlook- Click on File/ Export.  Next:  Select 'Export to a file' option.  Click on next.

Now select comma separated values(windows) , click on next.

In the 'Export to a file' window: Select 'Contacts'.

In the 'Export to a file' window, click on browse, select a location to save the cvs file ( I would save to desktop) & give it a name, then press save, then next.

Check the window, and if all is correct, click on finish.

Now you can import into Comcast.  File/Import... navigate to where you have the cvs file ( I would save to desktop so you can find it easily now)

Let us know how far you get...
