From www.comcast.net, click on Account links, then click on 'Create another Account'.  You must be signed in as the Primary username/password.  You will be asked to sign in a second time and then will be redirected to Customer Central.

 


 



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

My wife currently receives e-mail using my Comcast address. How can she have her own Comcast address/mailbox under our present account at no extra charge. What are the steps in setting this up?

First sign in on the homepage.  Click on Account Links, then click on 'Create another Account'.  You will be asked to enter your password again.  Now you will be redirected to Customer Central to create the secondary account for your wife.  Once in Customer Central, click on the Users & Settings tab.  A new window will open.  look for the blue text which reads 'Create Secondary account' and click on it.

 

You will need to sign out, and she will need to sign in, to get to her own email.

  You are very welcome, Joe.  With Comcast, you can have up to seven email addresses.
