cannot view inbox or preferences on web -comcast.net

i am having same issue as many others out there.  i can get to my email but cannot view entire inbox or preferences.  log on circle of dots just goes round and round.  i use email on the web- comcast.net.  i have windows 7.  internet explorer (not sure of #).  i always clear cache so i am not sure what is going on.  it has been this way for a couple days now.  did company upgrade something please help.

Hello,

Since you already cleared your cache you can try the following:

 

1) Clear your browser cookies and history 

2) Reset your browser to the default settings.

3) Try a different browser - Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer depending on your current browser.

As a temporary work around you can use m.comcast.net to view your email

please advise how i reset my browser to the default settings?

another stupid question- how to use a different browser. firefox etc??  there seems to be a number of persons with this same issue at the same time .  i had not problems until a couple days ago.  thank you

You are correct that many users have been having this problem recently.  Comcast is aware of it, working on a fix, but so far we haven't received word that a fix has been released yet.

 

To reset to the default settings see this clickable link.  Read it carefully.

To use a different browser, such as Firefox, you would need todownload and install it.  Here is a link to that:

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
