Re: Your server's license has expired

Why does everyone feel the need to start a new thread instead of adding to one of the existing threads?

I've sent a PM to ComcastLarry about this.

Re: Your server's license has expired

I just received this message and am afraid to click on the "OK" button as I fear a virus may be attached.  Any help from Comcast would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Dan

Re: Your server's license has expired

Nothing. I just sent the message a couple of minutes ago. And I'm not expecting to "find out" anything, the point is to let the server administrators know that they need to fix it.

Re: URGENT!!! "Warning Your server's license has expired"

I'm getting the same Warning box popping up. I thought that it might be a result of my script blocker (NoScript) but it doesn't seem to be the case.

Probably just an error on the mail server itself.

To Comcast, "Update your Server License" ! !

Re: URGENT!!! "Warning Your server's license has expired"

I wouldn't think virus if so many of us are getting it. Comcast just needs to get going and fix it.

Re: URGENT!!! "Warning Your server's license has expired"

Not a bad idea but it's not your system that's the problem. It's Comcast.

I just received the same message. I hope Comcast sends an email to everyone explaining the message and what was required to fix it.

What's required to fix it is for them to update the certificate on the server.

I realize that but I don't believe everyone does so my point is for Comcast to notify everyone the problem is theirs, that we don't need to do anything to our servers, and that the problem is fixed when it is...It shouldn't be the customers who are telling everyone that its a Comcast problem and not theirs.

Just lost my cable.  Anyone else?

I contacted Comcast and they said that the Xfinity website is having issues.  Technicians are wroking on it and hope to have it cleared up within an hour.

Re: URGENT!!! "Warning Your server's license has expired"

I just the same message a few minutes ago. I clicked on it, and it disappeared, but I don't know what will happen next. I believe there is bug in Constant Guard. Since I installed it, I get numbers instead of letters on a crossword puzzle. According to the puzzle techs, there is nothing wrong with their website, so it must be Comcast's Constant Guard.

Re: Your server's license has expired

I just installed the "secure backup and share" center yesterday.  Could it have anything to do with this message?  I got an email saying I would get a second email that would tell me how to access secure backup and share, once I've backed up the files; I didn't get that second email.

I just got the same message on my laptop to. I am glad its a Comcast problem and not mine. Ever since I installed their Constant Guard my computer seems like it is not working as well as it did before.
