Unable to access email please help!!

So. every single time I try to open my email account i get a meesge: Sorry, we were unable to load your email and voicemail.Please try refreshing your browser in a few minutes. I have called customer support via telephone and email and nobody has been helpful with getting this resolved for me. they even sent my ticket to a higher rep who still did nothig. What do i need to do to be able to access my email? I've had this problem ever since i got comcast which was about 2-3months ago. I tried different browsers/computers with no success. thank you

Yep I'm having a problem too.  Looks like the email link crossed over with the voicemail data.  Definately a problem at Xfinity's end.  Hope they fix it soon.

I am also unable to read my E-Mail. I click on to read and get a blank page.

This is a known issue that Comcast is aware of, no fixes yet.  You might want to try m.comcast.net to accesss your email.  This is a very basic email program.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Use a CCleaner just go to CCleaner.com down load the free version run the cleaner as shown and you should be able to change fron the lite to full version worked perfectly
