Not receiving email from one sender

I am at a loss as to why I do not receive any emails from one sender.  My husband and I are set up to receive emails from this sender and he gets his message but I receive nothing.  We both use Outlook Express and our settings are both the same.  I have to the sender to delete my account and I set up a new one but the problem still exists.  The sender checked their information and see nothing wrong.  Can you give me any help?
