Message not sent SCC 1203 & SCC 1204 Errors in email

Hi,

 

I get the above error messages when trying to send an email to a distribution list of 45 people.  I have sent emails to these distribution lists several times in the past and do not understand why it is not working today.

 

Please help  Thanks!

In my experience, those messages mean that one (or more) addresses in your e-mail list are invalid.   And it's usually a Comcast.net ID that is the culprit.


If I were you, I'd break down the distribution list to two groups of 22 and then 4 groups of 11, etc until I tracked down the invalid userid.

 

And just because an e-mail address on the distribution list was valid in the past doesn't mean that it is valid today.
