1. Go to http://www.comcast.net
2. Log in using the primary username
3. Click on the arrow to the right of "Service Center" then click on Account Management
4. Select "Edit/View Settings for Secondary Accounts".
On the next page you'll be able to change the password for any username on the account.
OK I finally got access to my second account. I am using Netscape and I will only recieve emails at my comcast mailbox when Netscape mail is off. Is this normal? This did not happen when I was using Outlook express
