What problem are you having?   If you are having a problem with the Comcast.net homepage, you can find a link to e-mail at the top of the Comcast.com homepage (or the top of the forum pages).

I'm at someone else's computer and I can not access my computer in Robbinsdale.

Can you please provide more details?  Are you saying that you cannot get to www.comcast.net from your friend's PC?  There is currently a problem with some Users getting to the homepage of Comcast. We do not have an ETR yet.  Read below:

We are aware of customers experiencing timeouts, latency, error 500 and login issues with Comcast.net.

 

There is no ETR at this time.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

Connect email to new Dell

unable to determine what info is needed to make my email default for new Dell...

I can access mail, but cannot figure out how to send attachments from Word

Do you want to use Xfinity Connect for email, or do you want to use another email program, such as Outlook?

To send an attachment using Xfinity, in the composing window, click on attachments. A window will open showing the word 'browse'. Click on browse and navigation to where you have the word document stored. When you find it, click on Open'. That will add it to your email. Next step will be you are now back in the Xfinity window, you will see the name of your document above the area where you type in your email message. Done 😀. If you need further help, do post back again.
