I am receiving emails to my Blackberry, but they are not showing up in my email on my laptop. I can't respond to everything on my Blackberry and need them on the computer. Help.
What do you mean by "on my computer"? In addition to your Blackberry what are you using for email, an email client (which one) Smartzone?
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post. Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version? Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.) Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache? Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X Details of the problem you are having.
I have my comp set up to receive emails through comcast on Windows Mail (not going through smartzone) and I would get the emails in my email and my blackberry. now they are just coming through to my blackberry only.
