I cannot find previous emails on my Comcast. Does Comcast save my emails on their Server?
At this time, my computer is not working. I use MS Outlook 2003.

Have you opened Smartzone & looked to see if you have any messages in SZ's Inbox? The setting to 'Leave a copy on the server (in the Sz Inbox) can be found under the More Settings, then the Advanced tab in Outlook.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post. Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version? Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.) Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache? Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X Details of the problem you are having.
You also should check your deletion schedule in SmartZone. If you want to keep all the mails on the server, set it to Never. Otherwise, you may need to use SZ to reference an older mail and not find it because it's been deleted.
The deletion schedule can be found under Preferences/Mail in the column on the left side of the page.
