Re: Deleting All Emails at one time

You didn't mention what you are using for e-mail... Webmail, Smartzone, an e-mail client????

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

If you are using SmartZone, you can go into Preferences > EMail and change your Display to 100 e-mails per page.   While you can still only delete one page of e-mails at a time in SmartZone, at least at 100 a clip, it will take less deletes than with a smaler page size.
