Cannot access Comcast e-mail (Internet Explorer 10)

Internet Explorer 10 was just automatically installed on my computer.  Since then I cannot open my Comcast e-mail, although i can see the preview screen.  The blue circle just spins around and around.  I can access my Comcast e-mail from my work computer which runs an older version of Explorer.  Is this something that Comcast needs to fix on its end?

It works from firefox, so you could just download that.

I just returned from vacation and I cannot access my e-mail in-box.  I get the preview, but when I click on my in-box the circle just goes round and round forever. 
What happened while I was gone..

What browser and version are you using?

Miocrosft Windows 7 is your operating sytem, not your browser and version.

Unless you have added a second browser, you are probably using Internet Explorer as your browser.

 

Click on Help at the top of the page, then click on About _____ to see which version you are using.

Windows Updates released Internet Explorer Version 10 recently.

 

Microsoft has added Comcast.net as one of the domains for Compatibility view, so IE10 should automatically switch to Compatibility mode when using the Xfinity website.

If you still cannot access your email, and have updated to Version 10 to use as your browser:

Make sure to Compatibility View in IE Ver. 10 under Tools is enabled.

Make sure to Compatibility View in IE Ver. 10 under Tools is enabled.
