I haven't checked my email in quite some time. And have now just tried to do so and found myself unable to. Each time I attempt I recieve this error:
"Sorry, we were unable to load your email and voicemail. Please try refreshing your browser in a few minutes."
Can you sign in to your Comcast account? (Go to Customers and Manage My Account in menus above in this forum).
Have you tried a different web browser such as Firefox? If that works, try going back to your orginal browser and clearing all the Comcast cookies. If that still doesn't work, post back and describe which web browser you are using.
