When we look at our screen the video from the camera is blurry and has a purple tint to it. A couple of weeks ago we had a great picture very clear. Not sure what happened. We could use some help. Already restrated both devices. Would really like to get this fixed. Thank you.
Where is the camera itself located at? It sounds like maybe something got on to the lens of the camera and blocked the light sensor and has it stuck in IR mode. I would check to make sure the front is clean if it is somewhere accessible.
