Yard Signs and Decals not Provided

Yard Signs and Decals not Provided

Installer didn't have any and said he would drop them by but never did. I called today and after getting through to an agent was told I would need to order from the online store and then call and request a bill credit. The problem is I can find where I can order the yard signs but window decals are not an option. How do I get the decals? Right now, a burglar would have no clue my home is alarmed until after they have forced their way in and the alarm goes off.

Hi barnyard021, if you need extra decals or yard signs you would have to purchase them. In this case since yard signs and window decals are included with installation there would be no additional charge for them.

I was wondering what I had to do to get a yard sign for Xfinity Home Security? I looked online on the Home store but I could not find them. Please any information on how to obtain these signs would be great. Thank you.

We had xfinity alarm installed about 2 months ago. Our tech was great but he never offered or asked if we wanted signs and stickers for our house. I called xfinity tonight and was transferred to Loyalty department. The agent said that stickers/signs are done at installation by the tech (which did not happen for us). She then said we could go to an xfinity office and they might have some, or she could schedule a tech to come out but that we would be charged for this. Seems ridiculous for us to pay for this service when the tech made the error by not offering it to us! So now I have to go out of my way to an office with the idea that they “might” have a sign/sticker?! Xfinity you should do better than this, shame on you.

Hi Apascarelli, I understand that going into a Comcast service center to get these stickers is not ideal but the information that the signs will be given at the point of install is correct. The best options is to go to a store and pick some up there, it's rare that they don't have any on hand but it is possible that they could be all out. Please visit a local Comcast service center for these decals, and if they happen to not have them available to you please reach back out to me here.
