My touch screen is not connected to the broadband, but is connected via cellular. I have tried resetting and restarting both the touch screen and the modem to no avail. I tried connecting it via ethernet cable to my Xfinity modem but that didn't work either. What else can I try?  Should it be connecting to my network through my Xfinity modem?

Hi kb22! In order to get your system connected to broadband again, I would need to get a technician scheduled to make sure everything is connected properly. Can you please send me a private message verifying the street address associated with your account, and the first and last name of the account holder. Also please include the best days to get a technician out (include AM or PM) and I can provide you with the soonest available appointments in your area.
