I WAS a dedicated Xfinity customer until I moved and needed installation at my new residence, one block away, and they gave me a three week appointment. BUT the kicker?? In the mean time, I uninstalled parts of my alarm sytem at my old residence, thinking the alarm would trigger??? NOPE!! I did this on a FRiday and realized what I did the following Monday. No alarm calls , no texts, no messages NO NADA!!!! NO ALARM!! What a joke!! So I cancelled service and they had the nerve to charge me early termination fees!! NO BODY CARES AT COMCAST or XFINTY!!!! Now I am in collections, thanks COMCAST!!! No body cares from the beligerent reps to the disengaged administrators and useless board members!!
again NO ALRAM NO NOTIFICATION and I am still supposed to pay for a non existing service???? NO THANK YOU.
