Wired Takeover Without Wireless - Fully Wired Xfinity System?

Please Help Me Clarify Xfinity Security Capabilities

 

The first time I spoke to Xfinity security they told me they could NOT do wired takeover. Today I called in for a phone line for another system and the rep told me they CAN do wired takeover of a DCS system that is 100% wired WITHOUT introducing any wireless into the equation. I do NOT want wireless for mutiple reasons. I also can forgoe the phone line with Xfinity. 

Can Xfinity truly do a wired takeover in California without using any wireless?

Zanderbilt, most wireless systems are not compatible for takeover purposes, with the exception of the Honeywell 5800 series wireless systems.

Your  security system cannot be integrated with the building entry system (e.g., door buzzer).

 

A certified XFINITY Home Takeover tech would be able to survey your current system and give you a more definite answer.

I have a Honeywell Vista 21iP panel.  I have a combination of wired (smoke alarm relay) and wireless sensors (5800 series door, window, and glass break).  Is Xfinity able to do a takeover of this type of system.  Your response in this forum seems to indidate that this is possible.  Can you please confirm, and what would I need to communicate to the tech that comes to my house next week on how to do this?

If the job next week is set up as a take over, the tech coming out will already know and walk through it all with you before starting.
