Unable to hear the sensors, volume too low

Hello, the volume is too low on our sensors. You can not hear it when going in and out of doors, etc. Both Volume and Trouble Volume are up to the highest setting of 7. Please assist.
Thank you.

ajharrison -.

I have escalated the concern of some subscribers hearing lower than normal volume on their Touchscreens.

I or one of the other forum moderators will post back as soon as we have any details to share!

Same issue for me as well. It started last week.

Same here. Happened with the latest update to the security system. I can barely hear it even when sitting next to it on the highest setting "7"

Re: Unable to hear the sensors, volume too low

I am having the same issue. Volume is set to the loudest setting and it is so quiet it cannot be heard in the next room. I have restarted the touchscreen multiple times and it has not improved. Please advise if there are any solutions or if I need to swap out the touchscreen. I have had this same one since we got xfinity home in 2014.

ajharrison, it's unfortunate to hear of your volume issue with your Xfinity home sensors. Let's speak via PM so we can look further into this for you. ComcastDanB.

Re: Unable to hear the sensors, volume too low

I have the same problem. I've set all the volume controls to 7 and the control on the side of the touchscreen controller and I can barely hear the chimes when the status of a sensor changes. Please help before I fail to deactivate the system when I come in the door and don't know the alarm is about to call the police.
