Thermostat

I had XFINITY Home installed earlier this year and haven't had the need to use the furnace. I tried to turn it on and it doesn't work, I checked the furnace and everything seems to be working, I was told there may be something wrong with the wiring from when it was installed, any suggestions? Tips on how I can fix it myself or do I need to contact XFINITY?

Re: Thermostat

I almost always call Home Support for my system.

Re: Thermostat

You can open up the device and see if it is wired correctly.  See attached.  Make sure all wires are connected tightly.  If this doesn't help call tech support and have them come out an fix.
