Re: Sensor

Hi jcostoulas -- I can help with getting a sensor removed. You can remove them from the Subscriber Portal (https://www.xfinity.com/support/home-control/remove-device-home-portal-automation/) or with the XFINITY Home Mobile App (https://www.xfinity.com/support/home-security/remove-device-home-app-secure/). The links provided are help articles on how to use each platform.
