If we/homeowners accidently set off the security alarm, is there a number we can call from our cell phone or do we have to wait for monitoring to call us?
I know we can go ahead and turn off siren by entering code 2 times....
Hello DeniseKB, you don't have to call in at all unless you miss the call from our central monitoring station. If you miss the call, central monitoring will leave a voicemail with a call back number. You can also use this number 1-800-455-1207 to call and confirm your status and the status or your home.
