New Touchscreen Firmware, What's New?

I've seen my firmware on the XH1-TC, and I already read through the "What's new" section displayed after the update. I'm wondering what's actually new with the touchscreen firmware, considering a mobile app and control from X1 TV boxes have been present for years now. I've noticed the volume on the XH1-TC is louder overall and the keypad code entry screen's buttons have slightly changed. Are there any other differences in the new firmware?

Surprisingly after the 8/27 update where volume could not be turned down or muted two days later another update was installed and now there is no volume for any of the sensors. Maybe the next update will once again allow for volume adjustment. More and more frequent problems with Xfinity services!

I am still having issues, although I did call this evening. The first time, I was told that all fixes had been released and to fix it, I had to do it manually. I was told to go to the test section and push arm and the volume button at the same time until I saw the message saying media volume. This did not work, after trying about 30 times. I finally called back and a different agent told me that indeed, a new patch was going to be released, but until then, a workaround was similar to what the first agent had told me, but he said to push the arm button, then wait until it started counting down to arm, and then push the volume button on the side. That worked! Now have sound again, although I guess this is a workaround. Two different agents and two different answers, one wrong, one right??? A waste of my time because of the wrong answer given by the first agent.
