If you're looking for 24/7 video recording, we want you to know how this feature is being rolled out across our service areas.

 

XFINITY Home product availability and features may vary by region. Some contributors on this board might post that they now have this feature, but you've noticed it's not available for your account just yet. We're working hard to bring this service to everyone - both Secure and Control customers - as it's quite a popular request.
