Home Security Touchscreen making unexplained noises

For about the past week, my touchscreen makes 2-3 chiming noises in the middle of the night (like, around 3 a.m., perfect for waking out of a sound sleep). The touchscreen stays plugged in so it's not the batters (though I checked). The Do Not Disturb IS on. It's not the same noise as my sensors when doors open and close (which would set the alarm off anyway). No activity is listed the next morning. What the heck is going on and how do I make it STOP!

Hi Jenn622! After reviewing your account, I believe this issue may be related to the touchscreen firmware, as it would not allow me to update it. I'm concerned that this may cause other issues in the future if not corrected and would like to get a technician out as soon as possible so we can get this resolved. Can you please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, as well as the best day and time to send a tech?

I've also had this happen but just once. I thought possibly it was because a door was with a sensor was left open by a repairman to go in and out.
