I located your account by using the email address you have registered with the Forums to see if this is an option in your area. Since you are an employee, you would have to go through Courtesy Services to have the Thermostat added to your account. This is because a tech will first have to come out to do an evaluation of your home to determine if the thermostat would work in your home due to certain HVAC requirements.
