home security cancellation causing monthly bill increase

The person I spoke to when I opened my account said that I would be able to cancel home security if I decided to within 3 months. I realized I did not need it, and did just that. However, it has actually increased my monthly charge for internet. When I try to contact a representative over the phone, I am sent from department to department. How can this be rectified? I just want to be charge the original amount for my internet/tv bundle.

I can help look into promotions for your TV/internet bundle. I cannot promise the same package you had prior to adding XH, but we can discuss what is available.
