contact credit reporting dept of comcast

I just checked my Equifax credit report and found 2 hard inquiries from Comcast -VRU. 5375 Executive Pl
Jackson, MS 39206-4102, on Aug. 10 and 11 2017. Why were these unauthorized checks done? They affected my FICO score.Please investigate and inform me of your findings. Thank you.
