completing a job of reconnecting our recently buried cable to our house

Our Comcast system was installed in February 2017. At that time they could not buried the cable in the ground...and so it sat on top of our lawn. The second week in June, they came an dug the trench to place the "real" cable in the ground. It was left unconnected next to the connected cable line that is laying on our grass. I have tried several times to get through to the automated system to schedule a work order...but I have not been able to get anyone to address this issue.

Can anyone give me suggestions as to how to communicate with this company!
