cable not buried

so I had Xfinity inastalled in October 2016. I was told the cable would be buried in 10 days.

In Feb. 2017 after putting in another request, I was told that the cable would be buried by Feb. 27, 2017.

Early March I AGAIN requested that the cable be buried and was told it would be done within 10 days. Here it is AGAIN after 10 days and the cable is STILL laying on top of the ground!!

 

The city has had locater services mark the entire yard since late December and I have relayed that to the customer service reps, so they wouldn't have to have a locator service be done again to bury the cable.

 

I'm kinda wondering what the <Edited for violating forum guidelines: "Language"> does one have to do to get te cable bried??

Hi brozojl -- Thank you for bringing this unburied cable to our attention. I reviewed your account and a job shows Completed as of today. The delay in getting this done appears to be that extra work was needed to bury this cable under a sidewalk. Can you confirm this cable is no longer exposed?

This was not due to having to go under a sidewalk.....only grass between pedistall and house.....

didn't take them long after they finally got out here!!

 

Whoever said that it had to go under a sidewalk lied!!

 

the cable is now buried!! Hooray~!!!!!
