bundle pricing help

My bill recently jumped up after a promotion seemingly ended.  I contacted customer service and they were of essentially no help.  I am not interested in continuing to pay these high prices.  I need help getting the old pricing reinstated or else I need to understand what my internet only pricing options are.  I will either revert to an internet only package or cancel entirely and go with your competition.
