Xfinity 1 platform

Have seen new commercials for the xfinity1 platform,contacted Comcast informed them I was a triple play customer and was interested in acquiring this new option.I was told it was for new customers only ,really Comcast????? I pay my bill on time and I get punished for being a loyal customer,what a bunch of baloney,This sure is a poor way to treat your current customers😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕
