Upcharging, bad customer service

A comcast representative suggested I save $20.00 on my bill by replacing 2 of my HD Cable boxes with 2 Roku devices. It seemed like a great idea, so I moved forward with the suggestion. A month and a half later I get notified that I will be charged an extra $50.00 a month because of my homes high data usages. Wouldn't you know by eliminating the 2 HD cable boxes I know use more data as the Roku devices stream from my Wifi using a large amounts of my data, Comcast gets an extra 50.00 this should have been made clear, especially since now I'm out of the purchase cost 49.99 for the 2 Roku devices.
Compensate me for the 2 Roku's, and send a technician to put back in my 2 HD cable boxes at no charge.
