I was lied to several times by customer service. They said they needed to send out a tech. I had no issues. He came and said he found a trap on line. No charge, insisted there would be no charge. Boom charge. Called twice because it was on my bill. Twice told they would remove it. Twice lied to. Called third time explained. No records of the two other calls. Really what a scam . They set the trap and forced me to pay after lie after lie. Disgusting way to do business.
