Unable to Change Service Online and Difficulties with Calling

Good evening all,

 

I was attempting to change my services online.  However I keep getting a message saying to call.  Unfortunately, after waiting on hold and being transferred multiple times, I was hung up on.  

 

So I am here hoping someone can help me change my plan.  I would like to remove my bundle, and upgrade my internet.  However, I have no idea the costs comparitively to what I am currently paying or how I can even do this.  Any help would be appreciated from an employee.
