Triple Play Premier promotional rate

Someone called and offered us a promotional rate on Triple Play Premier that was 10 dollars a month under the current price. I did not accept then because I wanted to go online and review the plan in detail. When I called back on the regular 800 line I was told they could not give me that rate, and they could not connect me with the folks that made the offer. According to the lady I spoe with and her supervisor there is NO mechanism to request a call back. Is there not some way I can take advantage of this offer, or do I just have to wait and hope someone calls us again ?

Solution

I solved my own problem. I looked in caller ID history on my phone and found the number they called me from. When I called that number they gave me the promotional rate. Whoohoo! Smiley Happy
